I think that somebody, that considers himself as a manager within HR should be joining Knowledge Central events. Especially, if you want to stay up to date with HR topics that really interest and current trends such as Big Data.

     

Digitalization obviously is and will be for the next few years one of the top trends not only in HR affecting the whole organization. All HR organizations need to review their current processes and tools and than either make sure to evolve the current tools and stay up to date.

Jörg's bio:

Accomplishment focused Talent Acquisition leader with more than 15 years of experience in the development and delivery of recruitment strategies, programs and services in highly complex regional, country and global environments.

Holding diploma in Business Administration with management experience including business development as well as strategic, operational and commercial (P&L) business responsibility in matrix organizations. Leadership of virtual cross-border project teams as well as full line responsibility for services and projects across Germany and offshore shared services organisation.

Based in the global headquarter in Munich Jörg is heading the recruitment operations at Atos, a 86.000 employee IT services provider across 66 countries. Prior to this he was working in recruitment consultancy services.

Jörg has specialized in Talent acquisition incl. high volume recruiting and Executive Search, Employer Branding, Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO), restructuring and change programs, recruitment offshoring and shared services.
